The espagnolette used in VORNE Opening Systems allows the window sashes to open and close comfortably with a single arm movement. Thanks to the adjustment pins on the espagnolette, the gasket pressure is adjusted and provides an energy-efficient and noise-free living space with its high heat and sound insulation feature. Applying optional mushroom-head pins on the espagnolette provides all-around security for your windows with fully secure systems.

By using the hinges applied in the tilt and turn system, the problems due to future sagging can be eliminated thanks to the adjustment possibility. DIN EN 1627 certified high-quality VORNE Safety Tilt and Turn System can be applied with sash weights up to 130kg.

The VORNE Corner member creates a more robust connection when attached to the espagnolette thanks to the Zamak clip in the system for ease of installation. The transmission of arm movement occurs thanks to 3 steel leaf springs. In addition to the standard pin, optional safety mushroom-head pins are applied to provide full safety.

The knurled attachment point is twisted from the movable plate.
A sash fit nail is available so that the sash does not sag and is positioned vertically correctly.
In order to adjust the gasket pressure, the locking pin has ±0.8 mm, in total, the possibility of a 1.6 mm adjustment.
With specially added sashes, it can be positioned without the need for a holder.
There are 2 different models for short and long sashes.

When the handle is turned towards the locking direction, the sash is pulled into the case, thanks to the high-strength, bent locking slots over the casing scissor plate, which apply the pressure sequentially and gradually, with tapered pins and open-mouth slots.
When in the Vasistas position, wind safety is available to prevent impact due to the wind. Thanks to the plastic clip, the espagnolette does not come out after it is placed on the channel, so it can be easily screwed. The hinge fitting is made of a 4 mm thick steel sheet to be durable on heavy sashes.
With the Vasistas Priority Scissor option, it opens in the vasistas position by turning the handle 90°, making your living spaces safer. It is especially preferred in some places where safety is prioritized, such as children's rooms, nurseries, schools, or hospitals.

To ensure motion transmission, there are 4 leaf springs in the steel guide. One piece of eccentric locking pin was used to obtain theoretical gasket pressure in practice. In order to adjust the gasket pressure, the locking pin has ±0.8 mm, in total, the possibility of a 1.6 mm adjustment. Flat and mushroom-head pin options are available. For ease of assembly, especially in automatic machines, it does not come back when stuck to the espagnolette channel thanks to the Zamak clip.

There is a passive sash lever espagnolette, which is used with espagnolettes with an arm slot in the middle. Optionally, it can be used with lower and upper cartridge bolts or corner members. Thanks to the plastic clip, the espagnolette does not come out after it is placed on the channel, so it can be easily screwed. The lever handle is covered with plastic. Grinding is available on the fixed plate to maintain the knurled connection of the espagnolette and reduce the friction of fixed and moving plates.

VORNE Misuse Safety ensures safer use of the window and door system and prevents possible accidents by preventing open doors or windows from tilting. It provides a safer and longer lifespan for the system.

Extending the life of your window, the 90° Sash Limiter limits the sash opening to 90° and prevents sudden impacts that may occur due to external factors from damaging the system. It is suitable for use on PVC, Wood, and Aluminum profiles.
